Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDPL (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), everyone may exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller:

3. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
4. To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
5. To request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
6. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
7. To request that the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) be notified to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
8. To object to a result that arises against the person himself/herself through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
9. To demand compensation for the damage in the event of loss suffered due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
