In payments made by credit card, card details are not stored by the SELLER; the payment is processed with 3D Secure through a PCI DSS compliant infrastructure provider. In installment purchases, the interest charged by the bank is borne by the BUYER.
The order is handed over to the contracted cargo company within 7 business days at the latest after the payment is approved. Pursuant to Article 16 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the legal delivery period is at most 30 (thirty) daysfrom the creation of the order. If the SELLER does not fulfil its obligation within this period, the consumer may terminate the contract.

If the BUYER is not at the address at the time of delivery, the notification procedure of the cargo company applies. In the event of damaged delivery, it is recommended that a report be drawn up.
Pursuant to Article 48 of Law No. 6502 and Article 9 of the Regulation, the BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of taking delivery of the product.
The withdrawal notice may be given through the "My Account → My Orders" section or in writing to [email protected].
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the SELLER refunds the total price to the BUYER within 14 days of the date on which the notice reaches the SELLER. The BUYER returns the product to the SELLER within 10 days of the withdrawal notice.
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
In the event of a dispute, applications may be made to the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence or at the place where the consumer transaction was carried out, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding these limits.
