What is a patch?+
A patch — also called a badge or insignia — is a piece added to textile products for functional or decorative purposes. It is usually made of fabric, embroidery, TPU or PVC; it has a wide range of uses, from military uniforms to outdoor clothing, from bags to caps. It is chosen for brand promotion, as a symbol of belonging, for collecting, or simply because it looks good.
What are the ways to attach a patch?+
Velcro patch: it has hook-and-loop backing, so it can be taken off and put back on easily; ideal for military use, airsoft and collecting. Sewing: the classic and most permanent method, preferred especially for embroidered patches. Iron-on: the back carries a heat-activated adhesive, which is a fast solution; it can loosen over time with heavy use, so sewing is safer if you want it to last.
What is the difference between embroidered, PVC and TPU patches?+
An embroidered patch is stitched with thread onto a fabric base; it suits classic, retro and tactical looks, and its matte thread texture reflects less light. A PVC patch is made from soft, thick plastic; its 3D raised look renders detail strongly and it is highly resistant to water and the elements. A TPU patch is thinner and lighter than PVC; it is highly flexible and is preferred for technical and performance products.
Why are embroidered patches the most popular choice?

Embroidered patches are especially loved for military use, for collecting and on everyday gear. Thanks to their matte thread texture they reflect less light and give a natural look that sits well with camouflage; they are light, flexible and quiet.
What is a patch display board (organizer) for?+
A patch display board is a velcro-compatible panel used to display and protect collection patches in an orderly way. Patches can be attached and removed easily; it both looks good and prevents them from being lost or crushed.
Do patches get damaged when washed?+
It depends on the material used and on the attachment method. Sewn patches are generally safer. With velcro patches it is better to remove the patch before washing and wash the item itself. General advice: low temperature, wash inside out and avoid excessive drying heat.
Which patch type suits which use?+
Embroidery or TPU (light and flexible) for outdoor and everyday use. PVC (high durability) for rain, mud and harsh conditions. Embroidered patches for a tactical, matte look. Velcro patches together with a patch display board for collecting and display.
How is a velcro patch used?+
A velcro patch works with two parts: the velcro on the back of the patch and the matching surface on the item. Tactical bags, vests, caps and beanies often already have a velcro area. If yours does not, you can make your item velcro-compatible by sewing on the matching surface.
How should patch sizes be chosen?+
The surface you will use the patch on — the front of a cap, a sleeve area, a bag panel — determines the size. A practical rule: a patch looks better when it leaves a little breathing space at the edges instead of filling the panel completely.
Do patches fade or lose their color?+
In normal use fading is minimal on quality patches; however conditions such as UV (sunlight), heavy friction, washing at high temperatures and hot drying affect how long the colors last. Taking care of the item is enough for the best durability.
Can I have a custom (personalized) patch made?+
Yes. A logo, a unit or team design, a name tag, custom lettering or a completely original design can be produced. Minimum quantity: 100 pieces for embroidered patches, 300 pieces for TPU patches. For bulk production we advise you according to the level of detail in the design.
Which courier will my order be shipped with?+
Orders are usually shipped with Aras Kargo or Yurtiçi Kargo. The courier option and the shipping flow may vary depending on order volume and the delivery region.
How much is the shipping fee?+
Shipping is free on orders of 2,500 TL and over; orders below 2,500 TL carry a 160 TL shipping fee, which is shown separately in the order summary.
